COTIR owns the following equipment:

 -          Experimental greenhouses occupying  about 3700 m2, highly insulated and equipped with an automatic air-conditioning function control.

 -         Agrarian and irrigation techniques laboratory provided with instrumentation and  equipment capable of preparing experimental tests in open fields, analysis of crop growth and relative productiveness.  

 - Chemical and physical analysis laboratory provided with instruments for conventional and specific analysis of water, soil and plant samples. Moreover, this chemical laboratory owns a NMR high resolution spectrometer (600 MHz), fundamental support for an advanced research in agricultural and agro-industrial sector.

 -       Data Processing Centre provided with an advanced information-support system, a data bank management and thematic cartographic processing system (GIS).

 -   Conference hall  a 130-seats auditorium.

- Spraying machines plant protection product calibration centers  (C.T.D.F.) to control the distributive efficiency of the spraying machines.

 -          Guest houses for 26 guests.

 -          Restaurant with about 50 seats.

 -          Computer hall  provided with 15 computers 

 -      Didactic hall provided with 50 seats.
